Our midstream client is looking for a Senior Document Controller to lead enterprise‑wide information and document management for capital projects.

Must-haves :

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in document control within large , complex project environments (e.g., capital projects, engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy )
• Proven experience supporting the full project lifecycle , including engineering , procurement , construction , commissioning , and close‑out
• Hands‑on expertise with enterprise document management systems such as SharePoint (internal and external), EDMS platforms, and controlled vault repositories
• Direct responsibility for designing document control frameworks , including folder structures , metadata , naming conventions , version control , and access permissions
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain formal document control procedures and an Information Management Plan
• Demonstrated authority to make decisions regarding document classification, release, exception handling, and urgent information issues
• Practical experience supporting field offices or construction sites , including IFC documentation , redlines , as ‑ builts , and turnover packages
• Experience conducting self‑audits or readiness assessments and implementing documented corrective actions
• Experience preparing and delivering information management training , SOPs , job aids, or reference materials
