An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product / technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Qualifications / Skills :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in : Implementation or Post-Implementation experience in Point of Sale projects in a functional consultant, administrator, or end-user role Experience in managing POS software applications or managing of full POS implementations Working with Cloud providers in issue and escalation management Software development and associated activities within software development life cycles and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of a point-of-sale software and associated point-of-sale hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, product management, order management, international and domestic taxes, database fields are essential
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team env

As a trusted advisor, functional consultant, provides consulting and managed services including :

  • Optimization NetSuite Point of Sale (POS) systems : NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) & SuiteCommerce in Store (SCIS)
  • As a consulting you will be responsible for troubleshooting, implementing enhancements, configuration, and setup of related POS bundles for implementation of NetSuite customer accounts.
  • Requirements gathering for discovery, design reviews and fulfilling the requirements.
  • Handling of customer concerns based on their requirements and company policies & procedures.
  • Utilizing of customer hours, is proactive in customer’s account.
  • Building a long-term relationship with customers from C-level executives to front-line administrators with credibility and confidence to be the trusted NSPOS / SCIS / ERP advisor

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    Canada : Hiring Range from $66,700 to $145,000 CAD per annum

    US : Hiring Range : from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
