What You'll Be Doing…

• Teach & Inspire : Develop and execute culturally relevant, standards-based lessons that challenge and engage all students. Adapt instruction to meet varied learning styles and social development needs.
• Analyze : Regularly administer and reflect on quantitative and qualitative student data to immediately inform instructional adjustments. Create aligned formative, summative, and performance assessments that prepare students for standardized tests (e.g., SBAC).
• Manage : Maintain a highly structured, positive, and productive learning environment aligned with MWA culture.
• Partner : Proactively engage families through consistent communication regarding progress and academic goals.
• Growth : Actively participate in mandatory professional development and team meetings.
