We currently have an exciting 12- month contract opportunity as a Customer Service Assistant for our Sales division. This role will be office based and reporting to our office in Langley British Columbia. It reports to the British Columbia Customer Service Manager.

Job Summary

IPEX is seeking a Customer Service assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will support multiple people in our customer service team and work across all levels of the organization in addition to serving our customers externally.

Principal Responsibilities

The Customer Service Assistant will work in a high-volume environment assisting the Customer service team . This will include assisting with quotes backorder inquires and stock checks / price etc. Working in a fast-paced environment this person will multi-task while maintaining the highest quality of support :

• Respond to inquiries regarding price delivery status of orders etc.
• Resolve delays service problems and disputes
• Track back-orders and ensure production purchasing and distribution are reacting accordingly Prepare quotations
• Collaborate closely with other departments from the service team to ensure accurate service from all directions
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
