Position Overview :  As a BDC Appointment Coordinator you’ll ensure unparalleled service for customers in BC and AB. Handle inbound booking calls, providing seamless scheduling, and liaise with multiple dealerships for various makes and models. Proactively reach out to our customer database for a customer-centric environment. No prior automotive experience needed; we value a customer-focused mindset, strong work ethic, and advanced computer skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Exceptional Customer Service : Engage clients over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm, handling inquiries from various dealerships.
  • Data Entry and Computer Proficiency : Utilize advanced computer skills for efficient and accurate data entry, managing information for multiple makes and models.
  • Prioritization and Time Management : Showcase strong organizational skills for seamless customer interactions in a bustling office environment.
  • Product Knowledge : Eagerness to learn about our products and services and stay updated on the latest automotive trends and information.
