About the Role
The Head Coach – Franchise Growth & Performance is a senior leadership role responsible for driving franchisee success across revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and leadership development.
Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, this role works hands‑on with franchise owners, operational leaders, and HQ teams to ensure franchisees are effectively onboarded, consistently trained, and supported as they scale from single‑unit operators into multi‑unit, CEO‑led businesses.
The Head Coach also designs and leads franchisee masterminds, coaches owners on financial and leadership performance, and acts as a trusted advisor focused on long‑term enterprise value creation.
Key Responsibilities :
Franchise Growth, Revenue & Profitability
Coach franchise owners to improve revenue growth, gross margin, and net profitabilitySupport franchisees in scaling beyond their first crew or locationGuide expansion into additional territories and complementary servicesWork directly with franchisees on forecasting, and performance improvement plansCoach owners on long‑term wealth creation and enterprise value growthFranchisee Masterminds & Peer Leadership
Design, facilitate, and lead franchisee mastermind groupsCreate structured agendas focused on growth, execution, and accountabilityFoster peer learning, best‑practice sharing, and leadership maturityProvide accurate, timely answers to franchisees’ questions in internal chats and moderate discussions to ensure consistent, aligned business advice across the network.Identify and elevate top‑performing franchisees as internal mentorsTranslate mastermind insights into system‑wide improvementsTraining, Onboarding & Coaching
Own pre‑training coordination , including scheduling training weeks and introductory sessionsLead onboarding of new franchisees and operational team members on systems, tools, and best practicesDeliver and facilitate training week , including :
