Payment Analyst -

Duration : 6-month contract (possible extension)

Location : 2-3 days onsite (Downtown Toronto)

Line of Business : Global Asset Management

This team plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence and driving key projects and programs across the bank's Global Asset Management. Within this group, the Accounts Payable (AP) team is responsible for several important functions, including :

• Invoice Processing : Ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
• Expense Management : Monitoring and reconciling expenses to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Relations : Coordinating with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Financial Controls : Supporting audit and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial transactions.

This role will interact with a variety of internal / external clients and customer service & excellent communication skills are very important.
