Subject Matter Expert - Talent Acquisition | Total Talent Solutions | Canada

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Build and enhance applications and new features.
  • Support existing platforms, including production support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and configure Autosys jobs and scheduling.
  • Handle MDM transmissions (Master Data Management).
  • Work on information security and risk management for the platform.
  • Perform infrastructure support , including :
  • Connecting to and configuring web servers.
  • Managing SQL permissions.
  • Configuring servers.
  • Collaborate using JIRA for task and issue tracking.

Must-have skills :

  • Microsoft SQL Server : Strong database development and maintenance.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services .
  • Exposure to payment systems .
  • Knowledge of Money Laundering processes and Credit Application workflows.
  • Autosys : Experience configuring and supporting job scheduling.
  • DevOps / CI / CD practices and tools.
  • Understanding of Windows Server Security and SQL Server Security .
  • Ability to support platforms with a focus on resilience, uptime, and incident resolution .

    • Additional responsibilities include application enhancement, troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and collaboration using JIRA. The role requires expertise in SQL Server, Autosys, security practices, and experience in banking or financial services.
