An established and highly-reputable company in the Healthcare/NHS industry has an opening for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join their positive work environment and culture. The company is collaborating with Robert Half to find a candidate that would be interested in joining their team long-term. Some of the responsibilities will consist of handling a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. An HR Coordinator position has opened up in the Oshawa, Ontario area on a long-term contract/contract / temporary to permanent.

Your responsibilities in this role

Wants someone with HR background Onboarding Scheduling interviews, all interviews are virtual through teams, no vetting of candidates just simply scheduling the interviews for therecruiter'ss Calendar management

Reviewing candidate profiles for admin,CSRss, etc This role supports 4 recruiters, each has a client, ie: legal courts, social services, call center, environment services

Quick to learn as they have a lot of internal systems, must be tech savvy At times the recruiters will go to this person late Friday to schedule interviews for Monday

A recentt HR grad is fine, or someone with strong admin skills Picks up quickly, o
