Position Summary :

Reporting to the HOD, Manager PIC, the Business Automation Specialist is responsible for designing and building smart tools that make daily work faster and simpler.

The successful candidate will create in-house programs and dashboards using Python, SQL, or VBA—connecting data, automating reporting, and simplifying how information flows between teams. You’ll work directly with managers and staff to understand pain points, then design digital solutions that bring efficiency and accuracy to every department.

Hours : 7.5 HRS Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop in-house tools and applications using Python, SQL, VBA, or similar platforms.

Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation or digital improvement.

Support and maintain existing automation scripts, resolving technical issues as needed.

Work closely with other teams to identify process challenges.
