Responsibilities

If you are an experienced in development / planning and can direct the development operations, then read on!

In this role you will have the opportunity to represent your company with the city, lawyers, planning consultants and surveyors. You will lead from the Project underwriting stage, assembling the team, marketing and leading the development through to completion.

You will be able to support the executives on all aspects of project development, in planning and implementing on a variety of projects, as well as being able to attend preconstruction conferences with contractors and civil engineers to review plans, specifications and drawings.
