About the Role
As Site Leader you will :
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the home, ensuring safe, high-quality care and services.
- Champion Park Place’s Mission, Vision, and Values, fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee resident care, quality improvement, human resources, financial stewardship, and community relations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver excellence in seniors care.
- Lead initiatives aligned with LEADS capabilities.
