The Role :

We are in search of an experienced IT Infrastructure Product Owner. The Infrastructure Product Owner will be responsible for defining, managing, and delivering the vision for our infrastructure products.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and critical vendors to ensure that our infrastructure meets current and future business needs, aligns with industry best practices, and delivers value to our business.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Vision and Strategy : Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy for infrastructure products including but not limited to Network and Systems Infrastructure.

Align product objectives with technology vision and business goals including anticipated corporate growth.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to inform and shape product development.

Product Roadmap and Backlog Management : Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog.Work with senior management to create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals.

Ensure that the team understands the backlog items and their priorities.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : Work closely with senior management, architects, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver value driven, high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the product team.Gather and analyze feedback from management, users, critical stakeholders, and market research to inform product decisions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for infrastructure products.

Monitor and report on the performance and usage of infrastructure products.Identify opportunities for improvements and optimization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in infrastructure or IT operations.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud computing, networking, data centers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
