Financial Director

Our client is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Director of Finance to join their leadership team and take ownership of the company’s daily accounting and financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with 10+ years of experience looking for long-term stability and a place to call home. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, overseeing general ledger, AP / AR, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Produce accurate internal financial statements monthly and support quarterly / annual reporting needs.
• Manage and develop a team of 7 finance professionals.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Controller to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Own and maintain compliance with GAAP standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory accounting processes — strong skills here are a major plus.
• Participate in strategy planning and prepare the organization for future financial growth.
• Support audit and tax processes with external partners.
• Bring a process-improvement mindset to existing systems and workflows.
