As they continue to grow, we’re looking for talented and driven ServiceNow Consultants to join the team and contribute to delivering world-class ServiceNow solutions.
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to help our clients implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions to address their business needs.
You’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow applications and services, working closely with our clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring the success of digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects from inception to completion.
- Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD.
- Provide expert-level guidance on best practices, optimization, and governance for ServiceNow deployments.
- Support clients in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications.
- Create technical documentation, including user guides, configuration specifications, and knowledge articles.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage and maintain their ServiceNow solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, including configuration, integration, and customization.
- Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
