Responsibilities
System Analyst / BSA with 5+ years experience in an enterprise-level environment working closely with engineering and testing teams. Must be able to work with engineers to gather requirements, analyze, document, review and communicate requirements across non-technical stakeholder groups to ensure technical compatibility.Experience working on software projects with the ability to understand integration challenges - customizing interfaces and developing third party integrations. This person will not be required to write integration specs but should have experience writing integration mapping documentation.When it comes to systems, the ability to understand payment systems, POS, or credit card transaction systems will be key to integrating with payment vendors as this works impacts the checkout feature.Experience working in an Agile environment, maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing, and identify capabilities. Must have experience writing and prioritizing epics based on business value, user stories and acceptance criteria.Lead technical investigations across security and other technology teamsConduct threat analysis, assessment, and malware triage in support of security investigations and incident response processProvide technical leadership and coaching to security operations personnelAid in the creation of a scalable, holistic Triage and Analysis programConduct regular investigations reviews on team / analysts’ investigations for potential areas of improvement.Recognize and research attacker tools, tactics, and procedures (TTP) in indicators of compromise (IOCs) that can be applied to current and future investigationsBuild internal scripts, tools and automation processes to enhance detection and response capabilitiesCollaborates with technical and business teams to drive SOC initiatives acting as the SMEStrong knowledge of cloud security in Azure and / or AWSUnderstanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, controls and remediation strategies in customer data environments.Qualifications
Strong knowledge of cloud security in Azure and / or AWSBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science2-3+ years of demonstrated experience in computer security- related disciplines such as incident response, host forensics, malware analysis, network traffic analysis, Insider Threat, alerts tuning and trend analysisUnderstanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, controls and remediation strategies in customer data environments.High-level knowledge of integration architectures is strongly preferredExperience in data mapping for integrations requirements is strongly preferredKnowledge of SQL scripts for analysis and reporting (Oracle / SQL server) is an assetKnowledge of reporting tools, especially PowerBI, is an assetKnowledge of JIRA and Confluence is an assetExperience with cloud-native technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS is an assetMust have : Working experience in dealing with big data, large-scale integrated enterprise systemsGreat communication and documentation skillsRequirements gathering, writing user-stories, test criteria, integration testing, stakeholders facilitation during test acceptanceQuick learner and proven experience with analysis / definition of systems / data flowsFamiliar with methodologies like agile, iterative, waterfallHas jira, servicenow, visio, skillsSummary
