LS&Co. Canada seeks a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to lead our HR team and become a critical thought partner to our Canadian leadership team. Reporting into the VP, HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business and HR strategies to maximize results across wholesale, retail, franchise and e-commerce channels, supporting over 300 employees and $200MM in revenue.

This is a hybrid role based in our Levi's Markham Office three times per week.

Champion Strategic Alignment : Partner with the US & Canada Leadership Team to set objectives and ensure Canadian business goals are seamlessly integrated.

Shape a High-Performing Culture : Lead talent planning, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives to build a strong, diverse workforce and cultivate future leaders.

Drive Employee Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment through effective communication, policies, and practices.

Expert HR Leadership : Provide guidance, coaching, and development to your HRBP Manager and lead your team in delivering top-notch HR solutions and services.

Legal Compliance Champion : Stay up-to-date on Canadian HR regulations and partner with the legal team to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Collaborative Spirit : Foster strong relationships across the organization, functioning as a trusted advisor and advocate for our Canadian business.

About You :

Proven track record in HR leadership with a strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and leadership development.

Experience building and leading HR teams.

Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with business leaders to achieve common goals.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Passion for building a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Understanding of Canadian employment law a plus.

Commitment to being in the office 3 days a week for collaboration.
