Payroll Specialist

Representing a growing global organization, we are proud to be leading the search for a Payroll Specialist. This newly created role will manage end-to-end payroll processing for North America while contributing to global payroll projects and transformation initiatives.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to support regional operations and collaborate on global projects in a dynamic environment. As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for all AMER jurisdictions, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll changes across multiple pay cycles
• Coordinating with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure timely updates and resolution of queries
• Supporting year-end preparation and providing required information to Tax and Finance teams
• Ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements and maintaining audit readiness
• Managing the payroll email inbox and responding to inquiries within agreed SLAs
• Preparing and auditing data for system integrations and payroll interfaces
• Supporting global payroll transformation projects and maintaining process documentation
• Partnering with HR, HRIS, Legal, Benefits, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows

To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:

• Professional with a degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years in payroll
• Experience with Workday and ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
• Strong prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
