Position : Customer Sales & Service Representative

Job Location : Saskatoon SK

Job Type : Full-Time

Status : Non-Exempt

Summary of the Role

The function of the Customer Sales & Service Representative is to provide direct support to customers Account Manager and Branch Operations personnel in the ongoing development of existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers to ensure that the Branch is able to meet its growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Processes incoming inquiries to company sales system
• Quotes customers using working knowledge of product.
• Successfully achieves budgeted Branch sales goals.
• Receives incoming shipments into inventory posts in online system and places items in warehouse.
• Picks product in warehouse and prepares items for delivery or shipping.
• Assembles products to company customer or manufacturers standards.
• Performs all product testing to quality standards as per work instruction.
• Operates mechanical equipment hand tools forklifts and picking lifts.
• Monitors delivery date commitments and expedites where appropriate.
• Makes outbound calls to potential and existing customers for new and sales growth opportunities.
• Builds and maintains strong internal and external relationships.
• Provides technical / service support to account management service center management and internal and external customers.
• Delivers product as required.
