Service Coordinator

Agilus is recruiting for a Service Coordinator in the Staffing Sector.
Agilus is adding a Service Coordinator to our Centralized Service team in Calgary. We work every day to take the lead, with a human connection, to create better outcomes for everyone we interact with. This is an extremely customer service-focused role where building strong relationships are crucial for success. Working with internal partners, clients, and candidates to ensure they are connected with the services they need.
A typical day:

• Collaborate with the Sales team and team members to provide exceptional service to our Clients and Candidates by following appropriate processes and practices.
• Coordinate the completion of documentation and Client specific requirements throughout the hiring cycle.
• Conduct pre-employment screening requirements for Candidates (Background checks, Drug & Alcohol and Fit for Work testing etc.)

The successful candidate brings:

• 5+ years of administrative functions
• Administrative Professional Certificate or Diploma
• 2+ years of experience leading a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; basic to intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suites
• Adaptability to execute tasks in a timely manner and prioritize in an ever-changing deadline driven environment.
