The Programming Administrative Assistant position supports the activities of the Stampede Programming Team during the lead up, execution, and reconciliation of the annual Calgary Stampede. This role works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including employees, contractors, stage talent, producers, and volunteers to operationalize the annual Calgary Stampede festival.
This is a Seasonal Position starting in February until end of July 2026.

Reporting to the Programming Administrative Lead, the Programming Administrative Assistant will provide assistance to the Stampede Programming team as follows :
