Nanny Wanted - Experienced Nanny Needed In Innisfil, Ontario Three Days Per Week

Professional family based in Innisfil, Ontario seeking an experienced, nurturing, reliable nanny for their infant daughter on a live-out, part-time basis, with a start in mid-January. The role will start with three half-days in the afternoon per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (4 hours per day, 1-5pm), with the possibility of expanding over time, as mother is returning to work (WFH) 5 days a week in March.

We are offering $25.00 CAD per hour.

If you have a passion for childcare and ensuring the safety and well-being of infants, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience in infant care and a warm, nurturing demeanour are essential.

In addition to providing attentive care to our little one, we hope to find someone who can help with light housekeeping duties while the baby is asleep. Meal preparation skills is a bonus. French, German or Spanish speaking are a bonus.

Responsibilities :

• Engage in age-appropriate developmental play
• Diapering, feeding (bottle prep if needed), contact naps, and soothing
• Taking baby for walks, to EarlyON, and to other age appropriate development activities as needed.
• Light tidying related to baby (e.g. washing bottles, tidying toys) and other light duties where needed (e.g. meal prep, laundry).

Qualifications :

• Infant CPR / First Aid certified
• Background check and references required
• Reliable, communicative, and nurturing
• Legal to work in Canada
• Drivers license a bonus but not necessary.

Compensation :

• Competitive hourly rate, invoiced monthly (or by negotiation)
• Contractor position; candidate must handle own taxes
