Description de posteLead the design, development, and testing of radio-wave imaging, radar and RF subsystems Develop signal processing algorithms for detection, ranging, and imaging Collaborate with embedded and software engineers to integrate sensors into IoT platforms Contribute to architectural decisions, system simulations, and prototyping Conduct lab and field testing to validate performance under real-world agricultural conditions Help define product roadmaps and influence technical strategy from day one 4+ years of professional experience in RF / radar system design and development Strong background in electromagnetic, RF circuits, and antenna design Proficiency with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.) Strong programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or C / C++ for simulation and analysis Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers Knowledge of PCB design for RF circuits Familiarity with agricultural technology, IoT devices, or industrial sensing FPGA programming Be part of a mission-driven startup modernizing tools for agriculture Influence major technical and product decisions from day one Competitive compensation and early equity opportunities Build technology with direct sustainability and food security impact Mid-Senior level Full-time Engineering and Information Technology Technology, Information and Internet

We’re looking for a Radio-Frequency System Developer with Radar system development experience to join our early engineering team. You’ll help design and build next-generation radio-wave imaging systems for stored grain monitoring and soil analysis ; technologies with a direct, real-world impact in agriculture. As one of our first RF-focused hires, you’ll shape the foundation of our radio-wave imaging platform and play a key role in both product performance and technical direction.
