Salary : Starting at $54,300, (based on a 35-hour work week and commensurate with individual education and experience, as it relates to the position).

What You Will Do
We’re looking for a collaborative, detail‑oriented and organized Data Analyst to support the Development and Fundraising teams by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of donor and fundraising data. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving data, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting staff in effective data entry and management practices. You will collaborate closely with the Salesforce administration team to ensure our CRM environment meets organizational needs and supports strategic fundraising goals.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Ensure the accuracy of data related to fundraising events, raffles, and donor interactions in Salesforce and DonorDrive.
- Review and merge duplicate contacts and records to maintain data cleanliness and accuracy.
- Monitor donor and fundraising data in Salesforce, identifying errors or discrepancies, elevating broken functionality and working with the Saleforce admin team to identify, test, and correct system gaps / failures and following up with staff for corrections, improved processes, and training.
- Make recommendations for / assisting with implementation of processes to improve user experience, data quality, and efficiency.
- Work with the Stewardship, Fundraising and MarCom teams in uploading events and payment data ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Generate and analyze reports, internal donor prospecting, and dashboards for team members, managers and leadership.
- Liaise with Salesforce admin team, IT team and contractors to ensure the implementation of appropriate solutions, integrations and enhancements to meet fundraising needs.
- Work with Development staff to generate and analyze prospecting reports to identify potential donors from within our data.
- Act as the liaison for development, fundraising, and sustainability teams in our client relationship management system (Salesforce) and provide appropriate support to staff in onboarding, utilizing the system, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Serve as primary point of contact for other software used by the Development team, such as (but not limited to) DonorDrive, ClickBid, ThankView, Eventbrite, Double the Donation including user support, training, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience in data analytics, database administration or a similar role.Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Database management, or a similar field.Experience in software training, troubleshooting and support.Strong understanding of CRM principles, data quality, data governance, and data architecture.Proficiency in Salesforce administration and experience with DonorDrive or similar fundraising software preferred.Creating and analyzing reports, exporting and visualizing data, and using data to tell a story.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to iterate, test, and evolve processes.Extended periods of time on digital screens.Assets
