About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester to design, execute, and analyze performance, load, and stress tests for high‑availability applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and ensure applications meet scalability and reliability requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands‑on experience with one or more performance testing tools :

• Apache JMeter
• LoadRunner
• NeoLoad
• Gatling
• k6

Good understanding of :

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : CAD 61k - 71k

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
