GeekSpeak Commerce is a leading Canadian e-commerce services provider with over 20 years of experience serving major brands and retailers. Our Commerce Media Agency division manages campaigns across retail media networks and programmatic platforms for CPG clients throughout Canada.

The Role

We’re looking for a Programmatic Strategist to execute DSP and CTV campaigns for our CPG clients and strengthen our team’s programmatic capabilities.

You’ll manage campaigns across The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and premium CTV platforms, working closely with our commerce media team to deliver integrated strategies that connect retail media with programmatic activation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360)
• Execute CTV and premium video campaigns (Netflix Ads, Roku, Prime Video, Hulu)
• Integrate programmatic strategies with retail media campaigns (Walmart Connect, Loblaw Advance, Instacart)
• Support retail media clients with programmatic expansion opportunities
• Develop full-funnel media plans for CPG clients
• Own campaign performance, optimization, and reporting
• Work with our commerce media team on integrated campaign strategies
• Train team members on DSP platforms and programmatic best practices
• Develop processes and documentation for programmatic execution
• Share platform knowledge and industry insights
• Lead campaign strategy presentations and performance reviews
• Communicate programmatic strategies and results to CPG brand teams
• Support business development efforts when programmatic expertise is required
