Responsibilities

Verification and processing of payroll for clients of different levels of complexity within the prescribed timeframe

Rigorous follow-up of each client's payroll schedule

Updating data in the payroll system, i.e.

Assisting colleagues in the processing of more complex payrolls including file tracking

Performs manual payroll calculations, retroactivity, holidays, vacation bank, etc.

Produce records of employment and payroll reports

  • Complete year-end cycle;

Management of the Payroll Support mailbox

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (French, English);
  • Good knowledge of the payroll cycle and its compliance;
  • 2 years of relevant experience in payroll

    Proficient with Office 365 Suite

    Desjardins payroll software, Nethris (an asset)

    DEC in accounting and CPA (an asset)
