What You’ll Do

• Manage in-field brand campaigns across Canada, driving awareness and sign-ups for financial products.
• Coordinate with marketing leaders, field teams, and partner locations to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
• Coach and support front-line ambassadors, ensuring they’re confident, informed, and motivated.
• Analyze campaign performance data, translate insights into actionable improvements, and report outcomes.
• Maintain alignment with the client’s mission, brand voice, and customer experience standards.
