Responsibilities

• Work closely with Management on overall progress reports for Joint-venture project(s)
• Assist Management to plan, recalibrate and implement strategy(s) to enhance product development for industrial estate(s)
• Manage customer engagements and coordinate with Project team on custom-built requests, product specifications, handover dates in accordance with customer requests
• Monitor and report any foreseeable deviations in customer delivery schedule or built-quality issues
• Conduct regular market research, competitor analyses and keep abreast of industry trends
