Senior Account Manager – Gym, Pool & Spa Services
Location : Shepperton, London (with client visits across London)
Salary : £42,000 basic, £60,000 OTE
Contract : Full-time, permanent
We are a leading provider of gym, pool, and spa servicing and are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships across London.
The Role
- Lead and nurture relationships with high-value clients in the leisure sector
- Oversee contract renewals, invoicing, and account profitability
- Handle escalations and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs
- Mentor and support Account Managers to maintain high standards
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to new business proposals
