Job Description

Our creative and innovative clientis entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape and execute the next chapter of its journey. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the President with a strong focus on driving product growth brand presence and customer engagement. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dartmouth Nova Scotia offering a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities for the Job :

• Partner with leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies that drive growth
• Plan and run integrated campaigns to generate leads retain customers and promote product adoption
• Develop programs that grow both new and existing customer value
• Strengthen brand identity messaging and visual consistency
• Create clear engaging messaging that highlights value and innovation
• Work closely with Product Sales and Customer Success to support launches and market positioning
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure consistent high-quality execution
• Oversee production of content across web email sales materials case studies and presentations
• Manage website SEO / SEM and social media strategies
• Track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI using dashboards and metrics
• Plan and execute events industry sessions and roadshows that drive engagement and visibility
