Quality Assurance Manager

You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety standards and promoting a strong quality culture across the organization.Main responsibilities:-Define and monitor annual quality objectives.-Develop, review, and update BRC quality procedures.-Coordinate quality training programs and supplier approval processes.-Prepare and oversee internal and external audits, analyze results, and recommend improvements.-Maintain food safety certifications and ensure regulatory compliance.-Verify the conformity of recipes, raw materials, labels, and packaging.-Conduct pre-operational inspections and validate quality controls.-Handle customer complaints in collaboration with relevant teams.-Lead HACCP/BRC meetings and quality committees.-Track and present quality performance indicators.-Act as recall coordinator and support the BRC program.-Perform any other related duties assigned by management.Profil recherché (en)Your Profile:-Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.2 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food industry.-Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, FSMA, and GMP standards.-Bilingual - French and English (spoken and written).-Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.-Detail-oriented, autonomous, and team-focused.-Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.-Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively.Working Conditions:-Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.-Regular day shift.-Comprehensive benefits plan and ongoing training opportunities.
