As an MBA New Grad , you will be an integral leader within the Finance function, responsible for financial leadership and strategic thinking while ensuring that balanced growth and profitable strategies are planned and achieved.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be working on :

  • Generate ideas on how to deliver more value to the business
  • Act as a member on our core business teams
  • Develop insightful analysis on business results
  • Internal reporting within your functional area of the P&L ; managing P&L results versus forecast, plan & year ago to provide commentary, analysis & insights to drive business results
  • Provide value-added reporting and develop ad hoc analysis to facilitate timely decision making to support business performance
  • Develop the budget and forecast for your functional area

Qualifications

Who’s a good fit for the team :

  • Have a minimum of three years full-time work experience, experience in large company is considered an asset
  • Bright, self-starting, innovative thinker who is passionate about consumer products
  • Ability to influence at various levels of the organization by building relationships to manage conflict and embrace change
  • Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration / teamwork experience
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and quickly identify key drivers of a business or accounting issue
