Manager, Real Estate Finance

We are seeking a Manager, Real Estate Finance to join our team and play a pivotal role in financing, debt management, and corporate financial planning. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to source and structure debt financings and refinancing across a diverse portfolio of income-producing and development projects, including land, and construction. You will oversee the full financing process—from preparing lender materials and coordinating due diligence to managing closing documentation and ongoing lender relations.

Beyond debt management, you will contribute to the company’s consolidated cash flow management, identifying liquidity risks, supporting capital allocation decisions, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Your expertise will extend to proforma review, variance analysis, and scenario modeling, helping guide strategic decisions with precision and insight.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (CPA, CA, or CFA designation preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in real estate development or finance. You are adept at financial and cash flow modeling, with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. A proactive, detail-oriented professional, you excel in balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will collaborate with internal teams across Legal, Development, Accounting, and external stakeholders including lenders, brokers, and appraisers.

Salary Range: $105,000 – $120,000 per annum based on experience
