Continuing Care Assistant

MacLeod Ivey’s Terrace Nursing Home is a 36-bed MacLeod Cares facility located on expansive landscaped grounds off Park Street, close to Trenton Park in Trenton, Nova Scotia.

As a CCA, you will work within a team of highly skilled professionals who together, provide excellent medical and compassionate care for our residents. Are you:

• A Nova Scotia Certified CCA or equivalent with medication administration certificate
• A student currently enrolled in the LPN program who has taken the Pharmacology course
• A student currently enrolled in the Paramedic program who has taken the Pharmacology course
• Compassionate
• Positive
• Excellence driven with a sincere desire to work with the elderly
• Able to obtain a clean vulnerable sector check / criminal record check
