Customer Service Representative (Part‑Time) – Saint‑Jean‑Sur‑Richelieu, QC, Canada

Join XPO as a Customer Service Representative. Working part‑time, you will support shipment billing, customer inquiries, and clerical duties on our loading docks.

What You’ll Do

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties such as answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.
