We are currently seeking aDistribution Supervisorfor ourWinnipeg Distribution Centrelocated at230 Panet Road.

As a Distribution Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and training the distribution team members to meet the companys strategic competitive and internal needs while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

As the Distribution Supervisor you will:

• Plan organize supervise and participate in the daily warehouse operations.
• Train supervise and evaluate the performance of the assigned distribution team members.
• Observe the health and safety regulations while maintaining the warehouse in a clean safe and orderly condition.
• Maintain warehouse and machinery ensuring the equipment is serviced when needed and the workspace is always kept clean and tidy.
• Manage and facilitate the inbound/outbound operations of the Distribution Centre and other off-site storage facilities when required
• Demonstrates the companys values in all aspects of their work performance.

Success Metrics:

• Effectively plan organize and participate in daily warehouse activities.
• Optimize training supervising and evaluation of team members performance.
• Ensure health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean safe and orderly warehouse. Part of this includes ensuring warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
• Manage and facilitate in an efficient way in/outbound operations including off-site storage when required
