Key Accountabilities

• Performs repairs in accordance with Company Safety and OSHA requirements
• Performs preventive maintenance inspection (PM); diagnoses, repairs, and rebuilds major equipment / components
• Plans and achieves maintenance goals and objectives
• Develops and maintains files such as equipment lists, supplier lists, operating and maintenance manuals, purchase orders, drawings, checklists, spare parts lists, corrective maintenance details, and maintenance history
• Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and advises leadership if additional work is needed or cannot be completed within standard repair times
• Provides ongoing maintenance support to the plant for all shifts, including evaluating and determining the course of action for maintenance incidents after hours and on weekends while on call, and may require on-site supervision of the resolution to maintain operational efficiency
• Inspects the quality of third‑party repairs and / or rebuilds
• Supervises third‑party contractors and ensures their compliance with company rules and regulations
• Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures; performs other job‑related duties as assigned
