At Wexxar Packaging, a proud member of the ProMach family, we don\'t just build machines—we build the future of packaging innovation. Wexxar is looking for a Production Manager , that will lead daily production operations while implementing Continuous Improvement across the value stream. Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, this is your opportunity to drive safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost using Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, VSM) and data-driven performance management (OEE, FPY, OTIF).

• Run world-class operations across multiple product lines, aligning teams around clear goals and crisp communication.

• Drive Lean every day, lead tiered meetings, maintain visual management, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set the bar for leadership, establish leader standard work and reinforce accountability at every level.
• Turn strategy into execution, translate operational targets into capacity plans, production priorities, and clear standards.
• Collaborate to delight customers, partner with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, After Markets, and Service to exceed expectations.
• Power performance with data, use ERP / MES to manage schedule adherence and WIP, and lead daily / weekly KPI reviews that drive action.

Salary Range : 105K – 140K
