Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety‑oriented Construction Laborer to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate should possess construction expertise, be acquainted with both non‑engine and small‑engine tools, engage in site setup, and undertake various physically demanding tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining equipment, including but not limited to : Pneumatic hammers, vibrators, tampers, rock truck, skid steers, etc.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel.
• Assist in demolishing buildings.
• Assist in aligning pipes and performing related activities during sewer and watermain installation.
• Assist HEOs to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment, and provide assistance in other activities.
• Mix pour and spread materials.
• Erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, ramps, shoring, and barricades.
• Use tools and equipment.
• Work as part of a crew.
• Follow construction plans.
• Use Rotary Laser.
• Unload and load construction materials.
• Assist with Health and Safety practices by participation, hazard notification, practicing safe work precautions, wearing PPE, completing routine training, and asking questions.
