Salary : $21 / h + sales commission (average earning of $22-27

Training will be provided. Both full-time and part-time (minimum 3 days per week from 10 : 00am to 6 : 00pm) opportunities available! Guaranteed hourly wage of $21 / h + sales commission (average earning of $22-27 / h).

Right now, we are looking for entry level marketing representatives / outside lead generators . Training will be provided so no prior experience is required. If you work hard and are able to handle more leadership responsibilities, we will have other plans for you - Career Growth !

Your responsibilities :

• Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential locations from November to February / May
• Make a short introduction with the potential residential customers / homeowners and ask to see whether they would be interested in getting a free lawn care estimate from us.
• If the customer says “Yes” and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered as a lead! No selling is involved and the customers do not have to pay for anything at the door.
• If you are interested in working with us as a lawn care technician (physical work, applying products to the customers’ lawns), you can stay and work from February / May to October to make this a full time position.
• Please take note that even though this is a marketing position, you may be asked to do the physical lawn care work once in a while when required.
