Our public sector client is requiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead business process improvements and automation for their investment planning and real property management processes.
Vancouver (can be Remote), contract (18 month)
Must-Have Criteria :
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Extensive experience in Business Process Improvement with Proven ability to facilitate sessions, gather requirements, develop reports, and deliver impactful business solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics F&O AX and D

Lead Business Process Improvements. Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements and develop solutions for investment and property management.Collaborate with Internal Teams. Work closely with an existing business analyst and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of process changes.Drive System Migrations and Automation. Support the migration from Dynamics AX to D and optimize related workflows, automating wherever possible.Develop Training and Reports. Create comprehensive training materials, conduct training sessions, and prepare reports to communicate progress and ensure all stakeholders are informed.Document Management & Process Streamlining. Utilize DocuWare to manage documentation, improve approval processes, and ensure better communication across different departments.
