About the Role

• Development & Expansion : Executes the engineering and maintenance of flexible-office technology platforms, focusing on high-speed performance and architectural scalability.
• System Design : Partners with Digital Product leads to architect forward-thinking frameworks that prevent data fragmentation and support long-term business objectives.
• Deployment Reliability : Engineers resilient environments with a strict focus on production stability, ensuring software updates occur without interrupting the member experience.
• Integrated Collaboration : Functions within a product-centric framework to bridge the gap between sophisticated backend logic and front-end user needs.
