Job Details :
- Costa Sorrento is Looking for an Executive Sous Chef, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Traditional southern Italian Cuisine,
- preferable with a previous experience in Italy.
- Our Restaurant offers amalfi coast cuisine, outdoor catering service, special private tasting dinners and more.
- The candidate has to have good knowledge of Butchering meat and fish- Pasta- Dessert- Pizza.
