Resource Coordinator, Rail & Transit

At WSP, we’re driven by a shared purpose : creating sustainable, future‑ready solutions that shape communities and improve lives. This role will report directly to the Resource Manager of Transportation Systems and play a crucial part in facilitating and overseeing project activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for resource‑related inquiries from project managers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources, ensuring they are assigned appropriately to projects based on skillsets, availability, and project priorities.
• Generate resource reports and dashboards to provide project stakeholders with a clear overview of resource usage, highlighting any concerns or opportunities for improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among project teams.
• Assist with the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates on a best‑fit basis for projects.
• Ensure all project documentation is compliant with project formats, company standards, styles, and verification forms.
• Other duties as assigned / required.
