The Role : Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day job coordination Assist with organizing job tool lists, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements Prepare and maintain project documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, work orders, and job files Coordinate job walks, site visits, and project launch meetings Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution Respond to customer inquiries and communicate updates between the PM, site teams, and internal departments Assist with manpower scheduling and breakdown response coordination Gather and verify information for invoicing, payroll, and project closeout Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications : 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or construction support role Experience in industrial trades or multi-trade environments is an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and documentation habits Comfortable learning new software and mobile applications Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright, although not a requirement Valid driver’s licence with a clean record (occasional travel may be required) We Offer : Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching) Regular company events and team-building activities An opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company What’s the Bullet Difference?
