Virtual Nurse Practitioner – Hormone & Metabolic Health | Remote (Canada)

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our virtual healthcare team, supporting patients across Canada in hormone, metabolic, and preventive health .

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups for patients seeking metabolic, weight management, hormone, or preventive care.

Perform clinical assessments, interpret lab results, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Prescribe and monitor medications (including GLP-1, HRT, BHRT, and TRT therapies) following evidence-based practice guidelines.

Document accurately using EMR systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and support continuity of care.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed and in good standing in Ontario, BC, AB, or other provinces .

Experience in virtual care, primary care, metabolic health, endocrinology, or hormone therapy preferred.

Strong communication and tech proficiency (comfortable with platforms such as Jane App, Medeo, or Accuro).

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong clinical judgment.

Must have private liability insurance and independent practice rights.
