Position DescriptionNorthside Community Church is seeking a Lead Pastor.The primary role is to join our leadership team in guiding the church to more fully live out our vision through effective Biblical preaching & teaching, passionate shepherding of individuals, inspiring us to be sharing the Good News together, and to maintain operational oversight.This is an exciting opportunity for a man who has a track record of leadership which demonstrates serving a body of Christ toward an evident and mature understanding of making Jesus known in all it does.Qualifications Multi-year pastoral leadership experience.Biblically and theologically literate in both letter and spirit.A seminary degree is preferred, and education in the field of leadership and organizational behavior is an asset.Equivalent leadership experience and education will be considered.Alignment with the EFCC Statement of Faith and Ethos. Credentialed with or committed to be credentialed with the EFCC For more details about us, and who we are looking for, please click hereCurrently, we are accepting applications until June 15,
