- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members and stakeholders
- Technical skills, including familiarity with office software and tools
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is advantageous
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred
