Our Calgary client is looking for an Intermediate Application Support Analyst with scripting experience to do analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification and resolution of support inquires for a regulatory application

onsite 4 days a week in downtown Calgary office required

Must Haves :

4+ years' experience as an Application Support Analyst

Experience in software troubleshooting and support

Good coding and scripting skills (MS SQL, Powershell, Python)

Experience working with SQL and relational databases (MS-QL & MYSQL)

Experience with continuous integration and related tools such as Git

Nice to Have :

Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with previous practical experience in an agile / scrum project environment

Experience using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow

Experience with some of the following would be considered an asset : Node JS, Tibco, OpenText AppWorks, SharePoint, JavaScript, MongoDB, .NET

Background or knowledge of oil and gas upstream activities or the regulatory work associated with industry
